Manufactured to order. Full material certificates and dimensional reports supplied with every shipment.
Key features
Finishes available
No coating — the bare machined finish. Used where no extra corrosion protection is needed, or where the part is painted after assembly.
Zinc electroplating. A thin, bright, low-cost coating — the everyday choice for indoor and sheltered machinery.
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG). A thick zinc coating measured in decades outdoors, not years — bridges, transmission towers, coastal sites.
PTFE (fluoropolymer) coating. Very low friction and high chemical resistance for offshore, subsea and refinery duty.
Xylan fluoropolymer coating. Low friction with a coloured finish, widely specified for offshore and petrochemical flanges.
Zinc electroplating with a yellow passivation. A little more salt-spray life than clear zinc, at almost the same cost.
Zinc-flake coating (Geomet / Dacromet). High salt-spray protection with NO hydrogen-embrittlement risk — the safe coating for grades 10.9 and 12.9.
Chemical blackening. A near-zero-thickness black finish that adds no measurable dimension — precision and tool-room parts.
Cadmium Electroplating - thin, soft, silver-gray layer of cadmium metal
